Brief
The ministers, members of parliament and campaigning councillors need assistance in delivering the party manifesto to media and at rallies ahead of voting day.
Solution
A two day workshop with 80 politicians which included delivery of the core messages of the political party to the audience at which they were aimed; the importance of emotive language; ‘bridging’ from difficult questions to prepared messages, and the inclusion of core messages in stories for greater effect.

Develop a level of professionalism and consistency amongst all selected roles, and create sense of teamwork and community over common problem areas, whilst delivering on the company values.
Solution
Two full day workshops, empowering staff with a role specific tool kit and practical application of skills to incorporate into their daily routine – including dealing with difficult clients, personal branding aligning with the corporate brand, telephone etiquette, and business language.

Ensure that back office staff are all on the same page in terms of their integration of the vision and values into various areas, from internal communication to client interface.
Solution
A series of half day workshops looking at the way in which values translate into action, with discussion and role play scenarios. Workshops were small enough for individual inclusion and input, ensuring that staff members felt heard and could contribute to solutions.

The team is made up of diverse individuals in gender, backgrounds and culture. The desired outcome is a cohesive efficient team who can operate optimally for the good of the business.
Solution
A workshop for the 8 person team, looking at the elements that create diversity, differing communication styles, and the inclusive language needed for all participants. Followed up with a handbook which included the do’s and don’t’s when interacting with each team member based on information collated from psychometric tests that the team had previously undergone.
